Deebot not connecting to wifi. Picking up the robot and re-situating it against the base does the trick and makes the noise go away. The 980 must recharge to complete. The robot arrived in its original box and appeared never used but after charging it for 1-2 hours, to my surprise, the robot didn't worked as expected. The dock is glued flatly to the floor with 3m adhesive, which I found works great so Roomba doesn't push the dock around. The battery is an almost new NIMH. The 930 navigation system is also very impressive. It is so quiet, it is hard to believe it is working. Nov 8, 2010 · I have a Romba Discovery. It has only started doing this after about 2 weeks. I have checked all the batteries in the pack under load and they are good.
